An MPEG 2 decoder allows you to play and work with DVR-MS files. This setup will install the following decoders:
GPL MPEG 1/2 Decoder
AC3 Filter
Both these decoders are open source and protected by the GNU Public License. DeskShare has made minor modifications to the GPL MPEG 1/2 Decoder and repackaged the AC3 Filter without making any change.
